Welcome to Husn Aura! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Husn Aura. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Husn Aura is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms and any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read carefully as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and liability limitations.

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://www.husnaura.com/policies/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account security and all activity on your account. Do not share your password or login credentials.

2. Our Products

All products are accurately described to the best of our ability. Colors, appearance, or packaging may vary slightly due to device settings or product updates. Descriptions may change without notice, and we may discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

All products sold on Husn Aura are 100% authentic. We sell:

  • Skincare

  • Makeup

  • Korean skincare brands

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. Husn Aura may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until confirmed by us and payment is processed. Review your order carefully; cancellations may not always be possible after acceptance.

All purchases are for personal use and not for resale.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or other fees unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and account information.

Payment methods accepted:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pakistan only

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash / EasyPaisa

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is within Pakistan only. Delivery times are estimates (typically 3–4 days) and not guaranteed. Husn Aura is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside our control.

Shipping fees:

  • Flat rate: 300 PKR

  • Free shipping on orders above 5000 PKR

Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are transferred to the carrier.

6. Returns / Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy. Returns are accepted for damaged, wrong, or missing items. Items must be in original condition, unused, and with tags. Contact us at husnauraa@gmail.com to start a return.

Please note:

  • Returns are checked at our end before processing refunds.

  • Refunds are issued on original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

  • Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible after customer inspection and handover verification.

Exceptions: Sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, graphics, product images, text, video, etc.) is owned by Husn Aura or its licensors. You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

8. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide third-party tools and links. Use of these tools is at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

9. Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or reviews (“Feedback”), you grant Husn Aura a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose. Feedback must be lawful and not infringe on others’ rights.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties. Husn Aura is not liable for damages, including lost profits, revenue, or other losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Husn Aura and its affiliates from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be subject to the courts in Daska, Punjab, Pakistan.
