Shipping policy

All orders placed on Husn Aura are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–4 business days
Other Areas: 3–6 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, or unexpected delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on your location and order size. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can track your package easily.
5. Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact you for rescheduling.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing an order. Husn Aura will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
