We want our customers to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 24 hours of receiving their parcel.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged

  • An item from your order is missing

Important Notice for Skincare & Makeup Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used skincare and makeup products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Customers are strongly advised to check their parcel at the time of delivery.

Once the parcel has been accepted and opened, Husn Aura will not be responsible for claims made after the allowed complaint period.

Return Process

To start a return request, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

If your return request is approved, our team will provide instructions on the next steps.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used makeup products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong product, we may offer a replacement or exchange depending on product availability.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and verified, your refund will be processed.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • EasyPaisa

Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment method.

Delivery Area

Husn Aura currently delivers only within Pakistan.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 business days, depending on your location.
